This Willys has been built in a few different configurations, stock w/ a Buick 225 V6, bulit w/ a Chevy 427 L72 big block on a tube frame, closer to stock w/ an AMC 360 V8/T18 4 speed, and now back in the project stage. It will have a Chevy 383, Muncie car type 4 speed, Scout 300 transfer case, Dana 44 front, 60 rear. I bought the 3A in Roy, Utah in 1980, rust free. I have owned it since then. Along the way it has spent FAR more time in the project phase. My dad (who recently passed) used to say “that Jeep gets the best gas mileage of any vehicle I have ever seen!”. It rarely moved on its own, but has “lived” at 4 addresses in Pennsylvania, 1 in Utah, and in Rock Hill, South Carolina.
