Hey, I was just going through your photos and saw how yours is very similar to mine. I have a 48 cj2a as well and about in the same stage. I was curious about your wheels. I painted mine with a sprayer but was not impressed with the turnout. Did you powder coat them? If so, what color did you use? I ended it up using the ford vista orange and did not powder coat mine because I wasn’t sure if it would be able to be matched. It also was going to cost 90 bucks to have one wheel done. But in the end I kind of wish I would have powder coated them. Are you going with the Harvest tan for the body?
I did have the wheels powder coated. I decided that they would look best and last the longest that way. I do not recall for certain the color that it is called but I think it is bengal orange. I will be painting the body Normandy Blue.
