The story behind our jeep is simple, we bought our willys from a retired citizen and Jeep aficionado at Imperial Beach, California. Me and my Dad Benjamin Leonel Camarena decided to restore the Jeep and have it as a long term project. We fixed it little by little, but we got into it and we fixed it in less than a year. My dad did pretty much did all the work. Most of our parts we bought them from kaiserwillys.com or from Jeep shops in San Diego, Craigslist, and Ebay. It still have the original 4 cylinder engine and still has a 6 volt generator.

Looking for, Willys Jeep Parts, Willys Jeep replacement parts, Willys Jeep body parts and much more for your 1941-1971 Willys vehicle, you have come to the right place!
This is absolutely beautiful. Great work. We too are in the middle of a complete restoration which we hope to begin enjoying soon. Most of the harder stuff has been completed by others (to make sure it is done right). I think there is a Willy’s convention in Moab this year we hope to take it too.
Gordon Snow, we had the engine, transmission, brakes and all mechanical work completed by The Little Garage in Salt Lake City, and all body work has been done by Rawtin garage, also in Salt Lake, I highly recommend their work. shoot me an email and I can send you pics and reference information if your interested in chatting with them.
Thanks,
Aaron

Great job! You should take this out to the Tiera Del Sol Desert Safari, they love the older jeeps out there! Its coming up in March on the western side of Salton City. The Tiera Del Sol jeep club is form San Diego and there are a lot of older jeeps.
You would have a blast out there, its awesome…….
Very nice!
Anyone:
I have a 1951 Willys Jeep I would like to restore. It is in cherry shape and only has about 25K miles on it (other than the tow miles to Wyoming).
I’m looking for someone in the Salt Lake City area who might do some of the more technical work for me, but can’t find anyone I can trust.
Does anyone know a person who does this kind of work? If so, send me an e-mail and I’ll look them up.
Thanks!
Gordo
Good job. I have a Willy CJ3B. Original 4cy motor. I have trouble with carborator. I’ve had Jeepsrus rebuild it 2 times but no luck, it floods out. Any suggestions
As Bill and Ted would say…..”Excellent”…….Very nice looking Jeep…..but where is the Palm Tree? I liked it on the before pictures……it was a nice touch adding a bit of class…..

She’s a Beaut! I like the 3B High Hat because of the additional horsepower! A good father/son project! Nice Job!
Very nice job gentleman. In my opinion there is a reward in restoring an old vehicle that is hard to beat. Being a jeep guy I admire your choice. Thomas
What a nice job, and I always like to see these jeeps keep their original configuration and engine.
