My dad, Dick, bought the Jeep in 1948. He and his twin brother had lots of adventures in it before he met my mom, Charlene. They dated in this Jeep! Dad and I recently restored the Jeep from the wheels up doing all of the work ourselves. It was a terrific father-son project and the finished product brings back so many fond memories for my parents who’ve now been married 61 years.
