I had a 1951 cj3a with an absolutely worn out body, I started out
building a side by side 4×4, but I got carried away, from the
windshield back it is a surplus electric truck body, l removed 27
inches out of the bed to make it fit over the frame I connected a 1947
cj2a front clip to the front of the electric body to cover the engine
it has fork lift seats tool boxes made from ammo boxes, the bed is
from a side by side a tv and it dumps electrically, I done the best I
could to keep the cost down everything came from yardsales trading
post, Craigslist or my scrap pile, it has a heater and defroster will
pass inspection, when finished I had approximately 1600.00 in it, and
love having people look at it.
