My Jeep is a CJ-3A, built 1950 although it has a CJ-2A window. The Jeep was bought in 1998 from a guy who has a Snowy Mountain hotel up in northern Sweden. The Jeep’s body comes from the Philippines. Chassis was fixed before I bought the Jeep. I disassembled every part and the old motor, L-head, was completely overhauled. I tried to use only original parts for the assembly and was successful apart from the tires. My Jeep has been ridden in all seasons and runs and functions very well. She was under restoration about 1990 and I have been running her since. She has served me through the years without any problem but changed the brake pads.
