Gerry- would love to get more info on how your reinforced the frame for the 4BT. Any way to get more pics?
Thanks,
–Eric
Gerry,
Great truck! I’ve got a ’60 and want to put bucket seats in it, but worried they would push me too far forward into the steering wheel and dash. What kind of seats did you use?
Thanks,
Don
Nic looking truck. I have a ’47 pickup that i am starting. I do have a couple of questions if you dont mind.
How are the axles and tranny/t-case holding up to a 4bt?
I have dana 60 and dana 70 axels that i will be running with 4.10 gears. I will be subframing with a stretched early bronco from since that frame is fully boxed.
I plan of running a 4bt turbo but hadnt decided on a tranny and t-case yet.
Gerry, If you’re willing, I’m interested in how your crossmember under the NP205 xfer case. Tom_Hart@verizon.net send me as many pics of the under side as you care. Thanks Much!
Thanks, looking to update the drive line in mine. Have looked hard at IH axles, front is perfect fit but rear too narrow, I’ll have to study IH travelall specs. Thanks, that helped a bunch!
Tom, the front axle is out of a 74 international Scout and the rear axle is out of a 74 international travelall.
Gerry
Upgraded axles came out of what?
