Here are some pics of my 1951 Willys Truck. This Willys Truck is going to share the rest of my life going fishing and taking me on trips to and fro. It needs a lot of work in the cab and parts are on the way from Kaiser Willys as I write this little note. We are both 61 years old so we have a lot in common.
Hello Bernard,
Nice truck!!
I recently bought a 51 Willys truck that’s in remarkably good shape overall. I’m a newcomer to Willys, so will be learning as I go.
There are some things that were altered or are missing over the years, and I’m hoping to find someone who might take some good closeup photos of these areas. Things like routing of brake lines, what the dash panels look like, what the turn signal stalk (if there is one) looks like, etc.
I wonder if we might trade photos somehow? No problem if time is short!
Thanks,
Reid
Very cool. Just bought my second Willys, ’59 Pickup, that I found online in…Washington State. It’s incredible how many are listed from the upper, left coast compared to the rest of the country. Fortunately my sister lives in Tacoma, about 40 minutes from the seller. She’s storing it there until I can save up for a couple of months to have it shipped here to Austin.

I forgot to mention that this truck worked in a lumberyard for 40 + years before being stored in a wearhouse in Washington state. I had it shipped to Pennsylvania a few weeks ago.The second owner ART started the restoration on it. I hope to finish it with the help of my grandson DYLAN.
