Sorry it took so long to reply, i haven’t been on here in a long time. You might find a beauty bar at The Jeepsterman 732-458-3966. I will keep my eyes open, these are hard to find if i see one i will send you a line.

    David Kline,
Could you please let us know where you accquired your bumper bar as we have a 1964 Willeys Wagon which needs a front bumper bar exactly the same as the one on your willeys. your photo’s look amazing and the front bar sets it of. Any information about the bar would be greatly appreciated as we have been looking for some time. we have our jeep nearly finished and the bar is all we require. Looking forward to hearing from you, Ron and Loraine Lensink.

Hello, David. I am a school teacher and fellow Willys nut who has owned 3 of these Willys over the past 35 years. The first a 57 panel, and two 60 wagons. The current wagon I have looks to be near the same color as yours. Nice wagon you got there! I’m getting ready to do some major body work with mine and then paint it the home state color of Kentucky blue. This being a big horse state I call my wagon the “Blue Mule” ( my daughter calls it the ‘Beast’ ) and we use it primarily to haul canoes to the river. My good friends Audrey and Bob have the ‘Gov. Mule’ posted on this site. I was wondering what you could tell me about the effort involved with putting those two util doors on the back of mine? It would make loading canoes lots easier and be much handier working out of the back as that tailgate is a real hindrence to work around. Thanks for any info you might offer. Bryan
