I had 3 requirements when I picked my classic vehicle. First must meet antique vehicle status, two, it must fit my family of 5 and three it had to be 4 wheel drive and the only one vehicle fit, the Willy’s Station Wagon. I purchased this vehicle in poor driving condition but the body was in relatively good shape and my father-in-law told me that if his grandchildren were going to be riding in this he was going to make it safe to I towed it back to Iowa for the Willy’s to become a road worthy vehicle. 4.5 years later this is what you get. The hours he put into the vehicle are untold and the number of changes and upgrades grades are 8 pages long. I only know enough about vehicles to be dangerous so I am not even going to try to tell you all that he did, but I will be thankful for a life time to have a vehicle look like this. I know the Willy’s was in good hands, because he already had a ’31 Ford Coupe that has been winning awards for years.
