In fact, this M38 is not restored by me. I entrusted a specialized professional. However, I intend to maintain it by a hand of my own from now on.
Itsuro Shirasaka, you did a fine job. There was a good jeep mechanic in Georgia who worked on my M38A1. He was restoring a M38 with the snorkel attachment like the one on your jeep. I saw the M38 in the shop when it was being restored, then about a year later after the owner tested it in a lake. Not a good idea.
