361: Andrew Teerman’s 1958 Willys Wagon
This 1958 Wagon came home for my 14th birthday with no engine. I have slowly been building, changing and making it mine over time. It currently has a Chevy 350, turbo 350 and 205, Wagoneer Dana 44’s front and rear. The front is 3 linked with 12″ Fox air shocks, running 4:56 gears with Torsen locker and 37″ tires, power brakes and power steering. I am currently waiting to paint.

Looking for, Willys Jeep Parts, Willys Jeep replacement parts, Willys Jeep body parts and much more for your 1941-1971 Willys vehicle, you have come to the right place!
Used the OE frame just built custom crossmembers for the 4link, motor and tranny. Didn’t box the frame and it seems to handle things fine…split or two piece windshield is a matter of what gasket you buy the opening is the same. Did a rattle can mountain paint job on it and have since flipped it and am currently replacing the entire top.
Your Wagon is AWESOME.
I would really like to know more about your ride, which will help me build mine. My main question is framework & drivetrain related.
1. Did you keep the OE frame or replace it or box it for more strength?
2. Did you change the transfer case along with the axles.
-Great job! Please post a photo after the paint job.
-A question: the photos show a one piece windshield. I thought that the ’58s had the split, two piece, windshield. Am I wrong or did you figure out a way to install a one piece?
