338: Jason Bryan’s 1946 Willys CJ-2A
1946 CJ-2A with 1935 Ford wire wheels, painted Pasture Green. Frame off restoration with 12 volt conversion and all parts supplied by Kaiser Willys. My Cousin saved this CJ-2A from becoming a swamp buggy 7 years ago. He held on to it for 2 years (did nothing to it) prior to me purchasing it from him. 5 Years later my dad and I have come close to final completion. (95% done) Dad had always had a dream of putting these 1935 Ford wire wheels on a Jeep. He held onto them for 40 + years when I started storing them and looking for a Willy of my own. Jeeps / Willys have been in our family between my dad for at least the last 50+ years. Our wives may say “we have a problem”, but we call it a “passion”. Thank you Kaiser Willys for all the help along the way. You have been great!

Looking for, Willys Jeep Parts, Willys Jeep replacement parts, Willys Jeep body parts and much more for your 1941-1971 Willys vehicle, you have come to the right place!
Looks like you did two re-paints on the same Jeep! The wire wheels are ‘kinky’ (pun intended). They’re not practical on a Jeep but then an old Jeep isn’t practical these days. They are a helluva lot of fun, though! Your CJ looks great in either color.
