My Dad (Ed Milliren) lives in Searchlight NV (population 530) and being near the Mohave Desert he has always had a Jeep. For the past 5 years now, he owns a 1946 Willys Jeep (Flat Fender). He is a retired Nevada Department of Transportation Supervisor. During his tenure he acquired a great knowledge of off road trails around the desert southwest region. He enjoys getting outdoors and taking the Jeep on Poker Runs or meetings friends for a day of off road desert trails or going to the Sand Dunes. On the flip side, my Dad loves his Willys Jeep – some might call it an obsession keeping it clean and entering his Willys Jeep into Car Shows with me (in my 1967 ford Mustang).
