Here are a few pics of the ’46 CJ2A that I resurrected for my father. This Willys has been in our family for over 50 years. It was purchased “used” by my grandfather in the early 1950’s. It was used regularly until the late 1980’s, when it lost its space in the garage. It spent the next 17 years outdoors, exposed to the elements. In October 2007, I decided to do a “functional” restoration, which was completed in July 2008. This Jeep has tremendous sentimental value to me, and I enjoyed every minute of the restoration process. I used Kaiser-Willys extensively as a source for restoration parts.
