Call Mike @Kaiserwillys.com for details at TOLL FREE 1-888-648-4923 (Mon-Fri, 9AM-5PM EST).

New Replacement Oil Filter Cartridge – Part#: 909335

Q: Will this filter work on a 1944 GPW? I have a hard time finding filters.

  • A: You want to use part number: 119952

Q: Will this filter fit a 1963 CJ-5 with a 134 engine and is the hole 1 inch diameter?

  • A: Yes, this is the correct filter. I believe that is correct.

Q: Two rubber gaskets. Which goes where? I have oil running out between the canister and cover and have tried each of the gaskets on the top. Does one go inside the canister on the bottom?

  • A: Just use the one that fits on the top of your canister, that is all you need.

Q: What is the proper oil viscosity to use in my 1951 CJ-3A?

  • A: SAE 30 or 10W-30 I would stick with non-detergent.

Carter Carburetor Repair Kit for Carter YF – Part#: 923800

Q: I have a 1960 FC-150, Carter YF 938 SD. Just want to make sure this is the correct rebuild kit. Thanks

  • A: Yes, this is the correct one for the YF.

Q: Does the rebuild kit come with directions? thanks

  • A: Yes, it should.

Q: I have a 1962 CJ-5 with a carter 0-944 carb, will this repair kit fit my jeep?

  • A: As long as you are a YF yes it should be fine. They originally used a YF 938 on the CJ-5.

Q: I have a 1955 CJ-5 with Carter YF 938 SA, I need a master rebuild kit- which if any would work for my old tired carb?

  • A: This is the proper one. Part number: 924160-MK is the master.

Q: Does the main jet and the needle (long) come with the kit?

  • A: Yes I believe so.

Q: I have a 1958 willys wagon with a flat head six. carb # F70 2467S will this kit work, do you sell the float also?

  • A: Yes this is the correct one for your Carter YF.

Newly cast complete intake manifold for your Willys Jeep restoration project. Bolts up just like original – Highest quality guarantee. For all Carter WO carburetors. Studs on 2-3/8″ centerline.

Call Mike @Kaiserwillys.com for details at TOLL FREE 1-888-648-4923 (Mon-Fri, 9AM-5PM EST).
New Intake Manifold – Part#: A1166

Q: Can I use a solex carburetor with this manifold?

  • A: Yes, the part number you would want to use with the manifold is: 923806.

Q: Will that intake manifold fit my 1948 willys jeepster with the L-134 engine and a Carter carb?

  • A: No, not for the jeepster. Please call me toll free. I may be able to help. This is for the MB, CJ-2A, 3A, M38 etc….

Q: I have a 1943 Willys GPW with an intake manifold like this one (A1166) but the carburetor flange runs in the other direction. Sitting on my manifold is a Carter YF carburetor. What do I need to do to get this thing running. I have had the carburetor “rebuilt” and it leaks like a sieve. Thought I would get a new carburetor for it until I saw that the flange on yours goes the other way. Help, Please.

  • A: They originally used a Carter WO. Yours is unoriginal on your vehicle. Please call us toll free. We may be able to help out with this.

Q: Are the hold down studs installed for the carburetor or are they extra?

  • A: You have to use your old ones on that.

*Manuals : Mechanics Manuals, Owners Manuals, Master Parts Lists

*EMAIL or call Mike Toll Free (1-888-648-4923) Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm EST if you have any questions about this part or restoring your Willys.
